Faace, a skincare brand, is shutting down following the failure of an acquisition agreement.
It appears that the skincare brand Faace will cease trading after a planned acquisition fell through. Jasmine Wicks-Stephens, the brand’s founder, announced this setback via LinkedIn and Instagram. The deal was initially agreed upon in August 2024, but it recently collapsed. Wicks-Stephens had been looking for a buyer since July of the previous year due to intense industry competition and funding challenges.
