Bansk Group Acquires Majority Ownership in Gen Z Skincare Brand Byoma



Bansk Group has acquired a majority stake in Byoma, a Gen Z-focused skincare brand specializing in barrier repair, from private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners. Byoma, launched in 2022 by Marc Elrick, is part of Elrick’s Future Beauty Labs and emphasizes strengthening the skin barrier. Elrick will remain CEO.

The acquisition aligns Byoma with Bansk’s portfolio, including other beauty brands like Amika and Ethique. The deal is expected to accelerate Byoma’s growth, leveraging Bansk’s expertise in scaling consumer brands. Chris Kelly from Bansk noted Byoma’s focus on simplifying skincare and offering effective, accessible products. The partnership aims to expand Byoma’s reach and impact.
