Hourglass Cosmetics Founder Purchases and Revives Nature of Things Brand

Hourglass Cosmetics founder Carisa Janes has acquired and relaunched the bath, body, and skincare brand Nature of Things. Originally founded by Jamie Leilani Pelayo and JP Collet in 2019, Nature of Things is known for its plant-based formulations. The revamped product line will launch on September 16 on their website, with prices starting at $28.

Janes’ acquisition aligns with her track record as a strategic investor in the beauty sector, having been involved with brands like Youth to the People, Salt & Stone, and Yuv Beauty.
