The Skin Care Brand Endorsed by Dermatologists Debuts at Sephora
Facile, a dermatology business based in Los Angeles, is expanding its reach by entering Sephora, a major beauty retailer. Facile’s in-house line of products will be available online at sephora.com starting March 25, followed by a roll-out in 276 Sephora stores on May 16, featured in Sephora’s “Next Big Thing” section. The partnership has allowed Facile to upgrade its product packaging and formulations to meet customer demands for clean and stable products.
Facile first opened its doors in 2016 and has since relocated its flagship to Melrose Place. In 2022, it launched a “Core Four” product line, which has gained popularity for offering dewy-look essentials. As the brand expands, it anticipates significant growth, projecting over 400% growth through the collaboration with Sephora and other sales channels.
Facile’s skincare business is independent from its clinics, which were acquired by PhyNet Dermatology in 2023. The clinics are performing well financially, generating about $10 million annually, and the partnership allows the founders to focus on growing their skincare brand. Additionally, Facile plans to introduce new facial skincare products and expand through Sephora. To commemorate the Sephora launch, Facile is offering a special facial treatment for a limited time.
