Guide to Skin Care Routines

Dr. Justin Laube is an accomplished integrative and internal medicine physician with a rich background in medical education and trauma healing. He holds a biology degree from the University of Wisconsin and earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He also completed a graduate certificate in integrative therapies.

Dr. Laube trained in internal medicine residency at UCLA and pursued a fellowship in integrative East-West primary care. Currently, he is on a sabbatical to explore connections between childhood trauma, disease, and healing, while developing a clinical practice for patients with complex trauma.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Laube is working on a book summarizing his insights and leads retreats on trauma and integrative health. He previously served as an assistant clinical professor at UCLA, focusing on East-West medicine and medical education.
