Review of Kotia Skincare: Evaluating the Hydrating Day Cream and Brightening Eye Cream

First Impressions

I was thrilled when I found the eye cream in a pump bottle. This formula has a lighter, milky consistency that I’ve been searching for. I wanted something that would feel effective without being greasy, and the silky milk-cream seemed promising.

My Experience

Applying the eye cream was delightful, especially with the cooling sensation it provided each morning and night right after a shower. The lighter texture was perfect—even under makeup, it didn’t cause any pilling, and my concealer went on smoother. Although I noticed some midday oiliness in my crease, skipping application in that area on makeup days solved this. On no-makeup days, my eyes looked more awake, so I’m definitely continuing with this routine.

Verdict

The pump bottle is a great feature, making application quick and easy. This eye cream has transformed from a “nice-to-have” to an essential step in my skincare routine. While I haven’t seen drastic changes, my eye area feels fresher and less parched, both with and without makeup. I’d miss the cooling ritual if I skipped it.
