New brand Skn To Skn highlights pregnancy-safe skincare

Sara Stokes discovered a significant gap in the skincare market while pregnant. This led her to establish Skn To Skn, claiming to be the first clinically proven skincare brand specifically for pregnancy.

Stokes experienced sudden skin sensitivity and hormonal acne, making it challenging to find appropriate products. While aware of typical pregnancy restrictions like avoiding alcohol and sushi, she found the lack of information on skincare ingredients like vitamin A frustrating. In stores, she received little guidance, often redirected to maternity sections that lacked facial skincare options.

This experience highlighted a market gap, as she noted that despite women being the primary skincare consumers, pregnancy-safe facial skincare products were lacking. Her new brand seeks to fill this void by offering suitable options for expectant mothers.
