MUMBAI – India’s annual monsoon rains are set to cover the entire country within the next three to four days, over a week ahead of their typical schedule, two senior weather officials said on June 26, accelerating planting of summer-sown crops. Liverpool may be reigning Premier League champions, though the club have seen fit to launch an all-out assault on the transfer market.
