Violet O’Connor, previously involved in office work, has found her passion in hair styling, jewelry design, and customer satisfaction. She recently became the owner of Aussie Hair and Beauty Salon in Suva’s Harbour Centre, after joining the team two years ago by renting a chair. Violet’s journey in hairdressing started 16 years ago, helping her sister at Edge Hair Design. Her salon now offers a variety of hair and beauty services.

Violet shared her favorite eateries in Suva—Coffee Hub for fruit salad and desserts, Palm Court for steak sandwiches, and Moments Café for cappuccino by barista Ravai.
