Glamglow Directs Customers to Amazon Following Website Closure
Glamglow, a skincare brand owned by Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), has quietly closed its e-commerce website. The brand announced it’s no longer accepting online orders and is directing customers to purchase products on its Amazon store page. Customer accounts have been closed, and no more marketing emails will be sent.
Glamglow hasn’t explained the reason behind stopping direct online sales and email marketing. Despite the closure, the brand reassured customers that support for existing orders or refunds is still available. This website shutdown follows Glamglow’s withdrawal from the UK and Ireland market in September 2022, which coincided with ELC’s Smashbox also ceasing operations there.
Glamglow was founded in 2010 by Glenn and Shannon Dellimore and acquired by ELC in 2014. Cosmetics Business has reached out to Glamglow for further comments.
